What an amazing first experience at PBR for a pedicure. Jess was incredible — her attention to detail and care were 10/10, as was her customer service and professional manner. I’ll definitely be visiting for future beauty treatments. I felt so relaxed and was treated with kindness and respect.

I was nervous to try lash extensions at first, worried they’d look too intense, but Sharon is a true lash expert! She listened to all my concerns and created a custom volume set that looks both natural and flattering. I get compliments all the time! Since my first appointment I’ve been hooked! Now I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes and look forward to my refill appointments. If you want a talented and meticulous lash technician, I highly recommend booking with her!

After having a very negative brow tint experience elsewhere, I am glad I found Jordy! She immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable and I felt that I had made the right decision before we even started. The results confirmed this and I am very happy with my eyebrows. I had a facial from Isabella and it was by far the best facial I’ve experienced. The products smelt amazing and her massage technique was on point! She also gave me a wonderful head massage, I’ve never felt so relaxed 😌

I have been using the wonderful services at Polished Beauty Room for over 5 years now. Jordy and Sharon are a brilliant team who go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and comfortable. They offer an excellent range of services and are two of the friendliest people you’ll meet. Parking is usually quite easily found out the front, the rooms are immaculate and prices are very competitive. I always feel on top of the world after visiting Polished. Highly recommend a visit.

Came in for a pedicure and wax with Isabella and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She was so accommodating the entire time, constantly checking in and asking questions to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The conversation flowed so easily and she made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. And of course, I was beyond happy with the final results xx

They did an incredible job on my brows, 3 weeks later and they still look amazing. I was worried about bringing my newborn with me incase he was fussy/loud but Jess was so lovely and made us both feel so welcome I was actually able to relax. My newborn loved the attention of the girls and he can’t wait for his first eyebrow treatment 😂
